This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make since becoming a business owner. The last month alone we have had an incredible amount of no shows and last minute cancellations and only a few being due to track and trace. The last year has been so tough being a small business and we really appreciate every single client that supports us and we really hope you can understand why we’re having to bring in a cancellation policy. So from August 11th we will now require a 20% non refundable deposit for ALL appointments, if you need to cancel before 48 hours your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment, however if you cancel within 48 hours your deposit is non refundable and non transferable. If you are contacted by track and trace you deposit will remain transferable, we just ask for proof of contact. Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to see you.
